Made with Phifertex Plus, these cushions are ready for hard use. Phifertex is a mesh material that wears and cleans well. It allows water to run through, and with outdoor foam, these cushions will drain and dry quickly. We also spiced them up with custom made pipping that matches the rest of the canvas.
Making a new cover for a cushion is just one part of giving an old cushion new life. Foam, like a regular sponge, will hold it the shape if pressed into a form for a long period of time. Using a hand steamer, we can rejuvenate foam to pop back into it’s original form and …

Fall and Spring, prime time to fix broken windows. These two required some much needed attention. Difficult to see all of the cracks in these photos, but in the last photo you can see the new window material ready to go back on the boat.
