We designed this enclosure with two big front and side windows to increase visibility and airflow. We also designed the aft window and doorway to either be rolled up or removed completely. The aft window is a separate panel from the skirt below. This allows for easy removal (or roll up) of the window without the hassle of unsnapping the skirt from the lower deck. Leaving the skirt on also gives the boat a more finished look.

Made from a Micro No-See-Um Fabric (800 holes/in) to keep even the smallest biting bugs out, but let the cool breeze in. These screens are custom-made to fit your hatch opening exactly. Screens can be held in place by a weighted collar (see photos) or by snaps.
Room on a 25′ sailboat is at a premium. Add the fact that she had her original cushions from the 70’s, and you have one small time-machine.
First we re-covered the cushions with a Sunbrella fabric that had a two-tone, brown speckled pattern that suited the male owner to a tee. Next we covered the unsightly salon table with a canvas magazine rack.
The rack snaps to the bottom of the table when it is in the up position. Pockets are different depths so that the owner can store magazines, books and even large Chart Books. When the owner needs the table down, the rack can be moved with the contents in tact to a set of snaps along the top of his Head door. This makes for easy transformation without the need to empty the rack each time.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) work hard making sure the the waters we use are safe, and their boats take a beating because of it. The old T-Top on this boat was sun bleached and on it’s last thread. We replaced it with Sea Mark, a product made from Sunbrella which has a rubber coating on the bottom. This adds to the life of the product and makes it a bit more abrasion resistant.
This former Coast Guard boat now works for NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration). On duty 12 months a year, these boats take on the worst that Mother Nature can dish out. Her old Bimini Top was evidence of that.
The top we made was out of Sunbrella, the best marine canvas out there. And to make sure the seems stayed in placed we stitched it up using Tenara, a thread made out of GoreTex and guaranteed to never rot, because the last thing you want to do is unlace a 12‘x12’ top that’s as tight as a drum.
New owners wanted a new look for their 34′ Catalina.
We designed and built two custom awnings and frames for a dockside house. The second floor house has French Doors and the owner wanted the awnings to come off of each door and extend to the railing.
Custom enclosure for a 42′ Catalina. The customer wanted a specific angle to the Bimini so that it would slope towards the front windshield. The Bimini is 12′ wide x 15′ long
